 Angstrom Sciences provides performance upgrades to your existing CVC Cluster Tools. Our computer-enhanced magnetic modeling allows us to optimize your magnetics, providing excellent target utilization, thin film uniformity and process run times. This high-strength, profiled NdFeB magnet retrofit is available for both magnetic and non-magnetic material applications and offers a drop-in design for fast and easy installation

| High Power RF Magnetrons |
|
 Angstrom Sciences’ High Power RF Magnetrons are designed to deliver high RF power densities uniformly across large target surfaces while providing low reflected power. A direct connection to the matching network provides extremely low impedance for maximum performance and sputtering rates.
Our profiled magnet array and solid anode construction yield high target utilization for extended run times and product throughput along with minimal arcing and long term reliability. These cathode designs are available in a full range of sizes including 1”-16” OD in our circular magnetrons and up to 5 meters in length in our rectangular magnetrons.
