 The Ultra High Vacuum Insertion Magnetron is an ideal way to set your in-vacuum length to sputter at an optimized source-to-substrate distance within an extremely clean environment.
Angstrom Sciences’ UHV 100% welded design avoids the use of elastomer seals which may lead to out-gassing in the vacuum. Our insertion design with removable magnets allows for high-temperature (400°C) bake-out and provides the ultimate in vacuum cleanliness.
Our UHV design is fully compatible with all DC, MF & RF power supplies. A complete range of other options such as gas inlets, shutters, and contamination shields are available.
