| High-Field for Low-Yield Materials |

 High magnetic field arrays are specifically designed to sputter low yield materials, such as silicon or carbon, at high rates.

| Silicon Sputtering Materials |

These targets are available as P-type (Boron doped), N-type (Phosphorous doped), or undoped.
