Angstrom Sciences is located approximately 11 miles from downtown Pittsburgh. There are three regional shopping and dining areas that are close to our main office, The Waterfront - 5 miles, The SouthSide Works - 10 miles, and Station Square - 12 miles. Each offers an abundant amount of shops and dining to suit any taste. Also, if you happen to visit in the summer months there is an amusement park close by called Kennywood that is a designated National Historic Landmark and has some interesting historic rides. If you are planning a longer stay there are several museums and gallery’s such as The Carnegie Museum of Natural History, Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens, Carnegie Science Center, and The Senator John Heinz History Center that will more than fill your day.
